Check in at 14.30, asked for the AC remote and they said wait. Waited for 3 hours and it didn't show up, the room was already hot. Later the staff who was changing guards was even more annoyed, after the remote was there the AC was hot, just gave up. The bathroom was dark, smelled of urine, and had to urinate. I was fed up.

The toilet is really dirty, the water button doesn't work. The room atmosphere is not recommended, guys. It's really bad, the AC isn't cold. This inn is really bad. I didn't sleep until morning because it was hot.

The room did not match the order, FO told me that the room I booked had many problems, water, electricity, all. but still the room I was given was the same, the TV could not be turned on. Had to call FO to get a towel. The staff was very helpful.

Suitable for guests looking for transit and budget friendly accommodation. Prepare your own toiletries and towels. Things to improve: cleanliness of the hallway, hard mattress, small shower with holes, AC dripping water, mosquitoes and insects, wifi connection.

the room's AC is not cold enough, I have conveyed this to the front office but the handling is still lacking (I asked to move rooms but got the answer that the room we got was the best among the others, finally asked for maintenance for the AC but the result was still the same) no wifi (it was broken when I asked)

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bed, especially the bathroom so that there aren't many small cockroaches running around. Even though it's a transit hotel, please improve the quality and hopefully the staff can be friendlier. And for those who want to stay overnight, bring your own soap and shampoo, don't expect to find them there.

No towels, mats, amenities. When you enter, it looks like the floor is wet, maybe from the AC but I don't know. Lots of stains on the sheets. The sink tap doesn't work. The room is in the corner. If there are 3 people entering, there will be an additional charge. Dirty table, damp walls, no hot water. The door works but is physically damaged.

For 160 thousand rupiahs per night, it should be better. Booked 3 rooms, got only 1 OK room, the other 2: - Dirty/stained sheets - Smelly pillows - Broken/detached curtains - AC not cold - Dim bathroom lights - Water heater not working - Clogged sink. Maybe suitable for transit only.
