The room is not soundproof. The sound of vehicles is noisy. Not to mention the sound of mosquitoes in the room. So you can't rest comfortably. Hopefully there will be improvements soon.

Ok. It's just that I got service from very unfriendly staff at the reception. There was no friendliness at all. And they looked grumpy, no smile at all. For the other staff, thank you for being very helpful and friendly to the security guards.

the bottom line is the first experience and will come back even if it's for a staycation or transit, it's still a priority choice to go to this hotel again in addition to the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom facilities are airy, the faucet is strong and the water heater is on 24 hours, you can shower at any time. family is also friendly in pocket hehe

The hotel is still new and clean. The receptionist is friendly and there is no need for a deposit if you have made a payment with an online purchase. It is also close to a souvenir shop across from the hotel. Comfortable to stay here.

The room is not soundproof, already asked for a room at the back, full, can't rest, noisy. Sleeper is not in the room, have to ask for a phone call first, very impractical, why not prepare it in the room. Calling for a hair dryer takes a long time, have to call twice before it is delivered. The security guard at the front is very good, they help lift suitcases when arriving and leaving. When checking in, the receptionist is not friendly, hopefully it will be better in the future.

The cleanliness is impeccable. (The lobby, restaurant, lift, room, bathroom, etc). Totally worth the price. We had a deluxe room. The size of the room is quite spacious. Towels are white in color. Helpful is friendly and helpful.

Very bad service. Check in at 3 but the room was not ready yet, the staff made too many excuses and argued. Then at night the water was also turned off, the AC was broken and it was very hot. Will not stay here again. Just try it once. Thank you.

The room is minimalist modern, super clean, friendly service, lots of breakfast food variations, the downside is because we got a room facing the road so it was noisy with lots of vehicles passing by, but overall very satisfied.
