Overall the room is cozy & pleasant. We booked 2 rooms cause we just need transit as we move from 1 city to another overland. My room was perfect, in the other room, the bed was somewhat old that the head side is lower than the feet. However, we had a great night rest. Thank you Cordella :)

Love this hotel. I can't say any bad comment about this hotel. People are amazing, service I feel like I'm a King.They make things possible. They'll go out of their way just to make sure you'll be okay. Highly recommend this hotel. Find out what I mean. Nice hotel, the staff made our stay comfortable, & Breakfast good.

Staying here for 2 days and 1 night was really memorable, the price is affordable. The room is clean, the AC is cold, and all the staff are friendly. Maybe the only input is for breakfast, it can be added with more variants. But overall, I am very satisfied staying here.

I came to check in on April 1st at around 15.10 WIB. It turned out the room was not ready, had to wait for check in for around 30-45 minutes. Even though check in time was at 14.00.
The next day at 11.30, I was reminded via phone that I had to check out at 12.00, even though I had requested it when booking the room, to check out at 13.00. There was no compensation or apology, etc. Please improve the hotel's services and facilities.

The room is quite spacious and clean, the AC is very cold, the room service is fast but the room is not soundproof so it can be heard noisy from the next room. The breakfast takes a long time to refill. The bathroom is very small and the water in the sink is clogged.
