The reception staff is friendly, check-in schedule can be advanced to 1/2-2. On the 2nd day, I left my cellphone in the room. Thank God it was still there; even though when I stayed the room was being cleaned. Kudos to the honesty of the housekeeping staff.

The hotel's location is strategic, in front of PTC. The staff service is good, agile, when checking in there was a problem with the jet shower, the technician immediately fixed it, thanks. Parking is very adequate, sufficient. The rooms are clean, neat, the bathroom is quite spacious, the toiletries are sufficient. Don't try breakfast, because finding breakfast in Palembang is easy.

Tried to stay here because there was business in Palembang. Impressions: Strategic location near PTC Mall. Many culinary around the hotel. Standard rooms only have a little problem with the AC which is not cold enough in room 510.
