Everythink looks nice for four star hotel. But price was rather high almost 1 million IDR for duluxe room. I choose the room for meeting form online agency. Food are good but still expecting more such as international menu such as sushi etc. Staff all great, wide lobby and car parking for medium mvp must ask a help from staff for having more space. Surrounding also excellent, have wide trotoar for pedestrian and many food just on foot.

1. Location is quite ideal as it is close to shopping center and easy to reach.
2. The most interesting for me is comfort in the room. starting with a comfortable bed and pillows, made me sleep well. Similarly, with lighting that we can set according to our wishes. Similarly, the bathroom, the selection of tools that berqualitas so that all the equipment works well.
3. The question of food is unquestionable, both from the variation and the taste is all good.
4. Overall this place is good for anyone who needs comfort to rest while recreation as well as other activities.

First try to stay here because of business trip. The room is very clean & spacious. The breakfast choices are quite a lot, it tastes good. Maybe you can add free snacks in the mini bar. The rest is okay, the staff is friendly. Thanks.

Thank you to all friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms. Febrina at the front office, the check-in process was fast and efficient. Thank you for the restaurant team, Mr. Rudy & Mr. Mulus, I got the chance to eat the delicious siomay & salmon wrap in mozzarella cheese. The room was flawless with the smell of fresh linen & towel. I'll be back for sure if I'm going to Bandumg again. Keep up the good work!❤

Our first experience staying here, we ordered a room with 2 beds with a sofa, and we asked for an extra bed but CS said (via phone) it couldn't be because the bed couldn't be moved. I tried to go down and meet them directly and was served by a different person (CS), I asked for help to remove the sofa and small table and it turned out they could & the problem was solved.
The parking lot is indeed narrow, so you have to be extra careful.
The interior of the room is new and my child is very happy with the soap and shampoo :) .
The food variety is sufficient and the taste is okay.
