Friendly and kind hotel staff

The bathroom is full of cockroaches, smells musty and the mattress is wobbly, even the other bed has gas leaking out.. makes my body ache.

The hotel is quite ok for transit or backpackers. The AC is cold, the room is clean, only there are fine ants, I don't know where they come from and the bathroom has no hot water and no toiletries and towels.

For the price of 250k per night, I think it's worth it. It just doesn't match the photo. There are towels in the photo. In reality, there are no towels. The room is clean, the AC is cold, the WiFi is fast, and the staff is also friendly.

The room is bad, the place is leaking, towels are not provided. The point is very disappointing with a moderate price of 280 thousand but the condition of the room is bad and smelly😌

There were no towels, the hot water was off and the room was not very clean but it was worth the price.

The service is a bit lacking, the request for towels never came, the information was that they would be delivered to the c/o but the towels never arrived, for the room facilities according to the budget, I don't have a problem with that.

Honestly, this is my first time staying here. After booking a room, I took a look at the reviews. I was shocked that 95% of the comments were negative. What I experienced was that I got room 103, which had no TV (you can see it in the photo). There was no linen in the room, such as soap, toothbrush, and even no towels. Which for that price you should get (at least towels). The small green pillow smelled VERY musty. The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem to have been changed, aka they had been used by the previous guest. The toilet, oh my God, smelled really bad. The sink was clogged (you can see it in the photo). The floor was clean, but it had that smell. But there are also pluses, Staying here is provided with a pantry to make coffee/tea, You can refill drinking water without worrying about running out of water, Wifi is fast here, AC is also cold, Lots of clothes hangers are provided, The minuses are those, Especially the TV & the smell of the bathroom, That's what needs to be fixed (especially room 103) The rest is okay, If you ask me will I stay here again or not? The answer is YES I will stay here again but with the note not to be given room 103 That's it, thank you 🙏

The room was destroyed and not taken care of, it was nice in the picture but when it arrived it was beyond expectations.

The room, bathroom, lobby smells and is stuffy and dirty, the worst experience while staying at a hotel and lodging. The floor is dirty, the furniture is broken and moldy, the ceiling of the room is leaking and moldy. Just checked in and immediately checked out.

Actually the place is strategic but the room is stuffy and smelly, the pillows smell and there are small centipedes on the floor probably entered from the bathroom. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and hotel maintenance. 🙂.

Check in at 4 check out at 7. The room is dirty and smelly. The roof is leaking. The toilet water keeps flowing so it's noisy. The sink is leaking. There is no hot water, unlike the advertisement on TikTok. The furniture is dirty, the room is damp so there is a lot of mold on the walls. Very uncomfortable for those of you who pray 5 times a day

The AC doesn't work, the room is dirty, there's no soap. Service is not friendly. Finally moved hotels.

The AC is leaking, the table is all broken, the TV is blurry and the sound is broken, the sink is leaking. I don't really intend to open an inn 👎.
