Even though the villa is simple, there are lots of beds so it can fit 10 people. Smooth hot water. Clean, tidy, mineral water, LPG has a reserve so it runs out you can immediately replace it. Just a suggestion for nako glass, please complete it.

Although the building is old, the interior has been changed to be contemporary. For villas that have many beds and bathrooms, the price is cheap. Moreover, the strategic location is in the front alley of the eco green park. The guards are also alert when asked for help. Fast wifi. Electric plugs are widely available. The terrace is also good for relaxing because the fence is covered with plants, it is not directly visible from the outside. There are only a few notes, such as the lack of hangers in the bathroom and the ceramic cutlery is quite heavy so we hesitate to use it (stayed with many small children), and most importantly the window frame seems to need repair because when it is opened or closed the glass always slides and will fall . Overall we are comfortable staying here, hopefully there will be a chance to return.

Dear Pak Expert, thank you for writing a review, but we really regret this review because it is not objective considering that you don't want to stay at our house. You only come for a moment, then hitch a ride to the bathroom, then intend to cancel the rental and ask for a refund. We have explained that you chose the non-refundable option when making a reservation through the app. The reason that sedans cannot be parked does not match the reality because our carport is quite wide, 9 meters long, and slopes like a normal home carport. We have been hosting guests with all kinds of cars for 3 years without any problems with parking. This is our answer. Thank you. Mohd Azlimi Bin Yaakop - owner -

Very satisfied with the villa. Clean comfortable, complete kitchen equipment, at that price it is very very worth it, especially if it is really suitable to bring a large family, a highly recommended villa, you also have to come here mandatory. Access is also easy everywhere. who looks after the villa is also friendly. a day less it feels like I want a week to stay.

One word to imagine the villa , awesome! 2 nights in Batu city are very disappointed if we aren't stay in this villa, especially if we are visit with big family. Thank you for all services and we feels comfort and enjoy with all the facilities. See u next holiday Batu! And see u to cozy villa group. Hopefully the pandemic will be over , soon 😉

Maximum service, although there are obstacles to having to move the villa because it is specifically family. But the villa that is occupied is also comfortable. Lack of hot water in a separate bathroom there is no water heater. Maybe in the policy can be given a note to the family, if not transferred to another villa. Overall satisfied!
