The hotel staff is friendly. But the facilities are very lacking, not worthy of being a star hotel. Cleanliness is very bad, breakfast is very bad. It is very unfortunate that the condition of the hotel is like this. Please fix it. The condition of the room is very dirty, the spray has many stains, the TV service is inadequate.

The lobby smells of cigarette smoke, going into the room is even worse, the smell of cigarette smoke is really pungent, poor people who bring small children, it is very uncomfortable.

In the lobby and all the rooms outside the room, it smells of cigarettes. In the room it smells of urine from the bathroom. The bathroom walls are dirty. The bathroom floor is slippery. The mattress is curved in the middle, the pillow is very high. Only 1 slipper, only 1 toothbrush even though it is for 2 people. It is difficult to sleep at night, because it is very hot even though the AC is on, but I don't understand why. Oh yeah, the elevator is very dirty, lots of dust and smells of cigarettes. Just once, thank you.

The location is very close to JIS. But the room smells of cigarettes even though it's a no smoking room. The bed cover and bed sheets had lots of spots (not clean). The toiletries are only given to 1 person. The biggest thing is that there are so many mosquitoes. So I couldn't sleep well all night because I was busy swatting mosquitoes. We managed to swat more than 40 mosquitoes.
