Very bad hotel. The hotel is located in Kuningan area but in a village. The service is very bad, the room was asked to be cleaned in the morning but it was only in the afternoon and it had not been cleaned. The towels also smell musty, the mattress and sheets had mucus on them and were not cleaned. The price is expensive, around 480 but it does not match expectations. I'm fed up with sleeping there. I was there for 3 days but I'm really fed up

Last minute booking for sudden business event preparation near the area, friendly receptionist even at ungodly hour. Affordable price with clean accommodation, got upgraded for free thanks. Good lighting with desk and chair suitable for working late. Bathroom amenities are not the greatest but fair enough. Location is a bit challenging for car but OK for motorcycles overall good experience for the short stay, keep me refreshed for the next day event, thanks

The road access is a bit into villages and small roads, it's quite complicated if you use a 4-wheeled vehicle. The bathroom soap is not checked, there are random cats in the garbage cans in the hallway next to the room

Poor clean management. Very dirty. 3-stars pricing with no star facilities you can get from here. 4 hours in there and you get itchy all over your body. You can see the review from google maps with 1-star and it's all true. Don't trust the 5-star on review

I didn't try the food, just stayed overnight. Parking is narrow but the room is okay, big, just not very clean, there's still dust and the sheets are old. The AC is cold and the bathroom is quite clean.

The room is quite comfortable and clean, the staff are also all friendly. When asking for help, they are immediately helped. The hot water works. Very comfortable for resting. Maybe the suggestion is in the shower, the faucet part can be made easier to adjust. For the others, there are no problems. Thank you very much π«Άπ».
