The water reservoir in the closet is badly damaged, the towels are also rough, the color of the towels is not yellow anymore, it's like a rag.

Pesanx kamar deluxe, tapi di kasihnya kamar superior, mana kamarnya agak kotor, sepreinya kagak pernah di ganti kayaknya. Menu sarapannya lumayan lah.

The AC is not cold (day 1), then we proposed to move rooms, in the 2nd room the AC was quite cold but TV channels were often problematic, WiFi was not good for business people, but breakfast was quite good and there was variety, also a good view from restaurant to the Masjid al alam.

As per cost, no service, no hot water in bathroom in the morning, At the time of check inn I give my phone to receptionist to show booking code, I forget my phone on reception after 10 minutes when I didn't find my phone in my room than I go to reception and I found their the thing is immediately the staff have to return my phone into the room but they didn't. Very bad room condition.
