Air conditioner is off. The hotel officer can not fix it. So I have front office move to another room with low rate

There was problem when I arrived at the property, My Reservation ain't in the waiting check in list. receptionist pretty welcome, but didn't help at all, he ask you to confirm by yourself to the call centre. Bed was pretty comfy, but dirty and untidy. Dust and sand on the floor. Shower was really bad, you need to wait to get the water flows and water a bit stinks. Bidet didn't work at all. No mineral water at day 2. No Bed and sheet made up. Service quite bad. The only plus is the property located in center of city, close to everywhere.
