Information not in accordance with traveloka provisions. Service to consumers is very lacking. There is no helping action. Not at all satisfying. So if you want to find lodging, it is not recommended.

For human resources and good service, but for very small and functional parking facilities, the tools in the bathroom are not good, such as a broken hand washing faucet and a shower that is not suitable for use.

The bathroom, aka the toilet, is red, I think it is menstruating, and does not seem to have been cleaned. The second day the bath soap was not given, the towel was yellow, yellow, cold air conditioner.

No standard hotel equipment, shampoo and toothpaste soap, uncomfortable, the AC was hot. Direct check-in is the same as buying in a different service app. I booked a room at Traveloka, the check-in process took a while at the hotel. Very not a recommendation for you traveler.
