Not the same as what is listed in public facilities, for example written AC facilities but use a normal fan.

Sorry, Mas, Mas Jafar booked a Standard Fan room or a standard room with KIPAS. We have 2 choices of AC and fan room types so we serve guests according to booking. Sorry if it is not pleasing. thank you

Saya dikasih kamar non AC yang ada kipas, tapi kamarnya sama sekali tidak ada ventilasinya, otomatis semalaman tidak bisa bernafas, mohon ke depannya misal ada yang pesan non AC tolong dikasi kamar yang ada ventilasi udaranya. Terima kasih.
