+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.

I got a room on the 7th floor, the room was narrow because the window was close to the bed. The price is in accordance with the location of the Mega Kuningan area where the hotel is closed by tall buildings. My suggestion is to make a sign of the hotel name near the hotel entrance so it's easy to find. The driver is also sometimes confused. For the staff, some are friendly, some are not so friendly when checking in at 10 pm on January 26. The male officer was not very friendly, maybe he was sleepy. For the security guards, please be more friendly when guests come, especially those staying at the hotel. It seems indifferent when guests come and don't want to help lift bags or approach to say hello π. The one selling O bread near the hotel entrance. The lady should smile a lot so that many people buy π. Cleanliness is good, I don't have any food. The check-in and out process is fast. The lounge on the outside balcony should be improved again.
