I love staying in this hotel, there're many good facilities + strategic location, I'd love to come back again later! Very nice and helpful staff too. I also got free room upgrade to executive [-thanks a lot-], the view's amazing from the room (city lights + train) 👌🏻

very satisfied staying at el cavana... the only thing lacking is breakfast.. the rest is ok..
* King superior room... The bed is big enough to fit 4 people + there is a long sofa that can be used for sleeping too.. There are 6 pillows. Big TV can also YouTube
* 2 single rooms.. The single bed is big enough to fit 2 people so it can be used by 4 people too.. But there is no long sofa. There are 6 pillows. Big TV can also YouTube
* The hotel slippers are good.. the shape of the flip-flops is top quality.. different from other hotels.. If you take it home, it will be more useful😁🤭
* Breakfast is not recommended because the variation is small, the taste is just ordinary. (I apologize in advance from several hotels I visited 3 & 4 stars... breakfast at el cavana is the worst because there is little variation, the taste is also lacking only white rice, uduk rice, white vermicelli, soy sauce chicken, stir-fried tempeh, no vegetables.., ketoprak (lontong + tofu + bean sprouts + peanut sauce), fried foods (cireng, bala2, tempeh, banana), salad, cut fruit, chicken porridge, omelet, fried + boiled instant noodles, tea, coffee, choco crunch, iced orange, infused water, bread
* the gym facilities are spacious and complete, children's & adult swimming pools, steam, sauna, hot water soaking pool, cold water soaking pool, large clean playground, there are 5 massage chairs
* the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, alert and many, strategic location in the city near the mall, station, close to everywhere, many facilities, recommended for staying overnight but for breakfast it's better to eat outside..
* add adult breakfast 151k/person
* add children's breakfast 91 thousand/child (children less than 7 years old are free)

My younger sibling came to visit, told me to go through the pool door, the lady guarding it was really curt. Even asked if she came to swim or not? Oh my. While having to point out which one was her sibling? Does it really have to be like that? Shouldn't she ask what help she can get? Please. Why do you have to make guests uncomfortable? Attitude needs to be trained again. Especially the one guarding the pool access door.

My favorite hotel for staycation. I often come here because it's close to everywhere. Just cross the street to Paskal 23. It's easy to find food, Cibadak is close for nightlife. And what I like the most is the complete sauna facilities, hot water soak, ice water. Warm water swimming pool. It's just a shame that the breakfast variations don't really connect.

Staying for 3 days 2 nights was very pleasant, the hotel is in the middle of the city, quite quiet even though it is in the middle of the city, the staff service is very friendly and clear.

for the dirty room floor, the ceiling is full of mold, the bathroom floor is full of crust and dirty. Honestly, it is not comfortable to stay here even though the room is spacious but the cleanliness is lacking. the room is like damp and does not smell good.
