very impressive because the service is also friendly, there is wifi and the wifi is very smooth, the TV can also be accessed, if you want to go out first, the important thing is that the parking lot has been stamped, you only need to pay 10 thousand for parking, you can go in and out anytime, I really like the place π

Apartment Staff. Good, friendly. The location is far from everywhere. Take Grab to the city center one way for 46 thousand, pp. 90 thousand. The room is spacious, but the bed is all wired, can you imagine that? Bathroom, running hot water, fast water, no sink for brushing teeth, bathroom floor is super slippery, so if you walk you are afraid of slipping on the handle. The hallway from the room to the elevator is dark, so use your cellphone as a flashlight.

What can you expect from a hotel under 200. But at least it's clean, this is really bad, to the point where the walls are cracked, the toilet floor is slippery, the sofa is really dusty, the balcony door doesn't close, the surrounding atmosphere is really scary, it reminds me of the film Serving Satan. Luckily, I just went to sleep, so early in the morning I immediately pulled it out again.

Saya sudah sangat sering menginap di sini. Karena di Emerald apart harga terjangkau dengan kamar yang cukup nyaman. Saya menginap 2 hari (tanggal 28 dan 29 Desember 2023) tetapi tidak di dukung dengan kecepatan pelayanan dalam ketersediaan Handuk dan air mineral. Sepele kah? Tentu tidak. Karena 2 item tersebut merupakan hak saya sebagai konsumen dan kebetulan handuk yang tanggal 28 itu sudah basah. Saya sampe 3x meminta ke receptionis dengan 3 orang yang berbeda dan mereka mengatakan sedang habis, sedang di laundry bahkan akan mengantarkan handuk beserta air mineral tersebut ke kamar saya apabila sudah ada. Tetapi sampe sore tidak juga di antar, tidak ada respon, tidak ada kabar ke saya, bahkan sampai saya chat ke wa admin Emerald pun tidak di gubris (buat apa wa admin di buat ya?). Sebenarnya saya pernah dulu juga ngalamin hal seperti ini tapi saya masih bisa sabar. Tapi masa hal seperti ini terulang terus menerus? Apakah pihak emerad apart kesulitan dalam hal ketersediaan handuk dan air mineral? Yang sebenarnya 2 item tersebut merupakan 2 item dasar bagi sebuah penginapan. The staff is friendly, only the room facilities are really lacking. I understand that the price is cheap, but is it worth it if for example there are cockroaches in the room, the room smells, there are no towels. Even though it's cheap, please pay attention if you intend to use it as a hotel. Hopefully better future.

The rooms are big, not very clean but not too dirty, for such a cheap price it's more than worth it, it's great, all the shortcomings are understandable because it's really cheap but I'm really satisfied with that price. It's not as scary as people's negative comments say, it's bright and busy here, the hot water is always on, the swimming pool is really nice, the waiters are all friendly. No towels, drinking water, foot mats, toiletries were provided, but that's okay because it's cheap and good. There are lots of stalls inside with very cheap prices for food and drinks, the strategic location in the city is busy and it's easy to get anywhere. There are no guards in the pool, so be careful, the older the adult pool goes, the deeper it gets.

It's really bad, starting from the room I got, the AC wasn't cold, and the location of the AC was facing the chair, wow, what are you doing? Holding a chair? I was offered to move rooms, previously from room A to room B but still the AC wasn't cold hahaha. Finally, I was offered to move to room C, maybe the one with the AC not facing the chair, but what's the matter, I'm already lazy, from the start I came on a long trip with the intention of taking a break, but instead the AC wasn't cold, but this time the AC didn't work (haha, this is a joke, this is a hotel) . Then, the next day the token suddenly sounded, the guard on WA was slow to respond (it was indeed late at night on WA) but I had to wait for the token here, right? And in the morning I woke up feeling very hot because the token was dead, wow, it really wasn't very comfortable, it wasn't set, we had to bring it downstairs first, I was a guest, I paid but from the start it was really bad! Be careful if you stay here, the photo can be seen very clearly. I'm not doing anything, you know?
