For the location, I think it is quite strategic and very easy to find vehicles to get around. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionist and other workers are also friendly and immediately help without having to be asked first. Honestly, it is very comfortable to live here.

Everything was comfortable, only the food was really unsatisfying. The food served was cold, especially the fried egg. The variety of food was very lacking, it should have been a star-rated hotel standard according to the price of the room.

For all hotels in Ternate, for example, this Emerald Hotel. Although it is not a new hotel, the quality of service and cleanliness of the rooms are maintained. It is really comfortable and very clean to stay here. The food is delicious. Compared to the price of other hotels with more stars, I prefer Emerald because when it comes to quality, Emerald is at the top ❤️

The quality of the hotel and the price are very right, I recommend staying here, the rooms are clean, spacious, near famous eating places, near the mosque. It's a shame I didn't try breakfast because it was only available at 7 am.
