The mirror is only in the bathroom. So if we women want to dress up it's a bit difficult. Have to go to the toilet, the toilet floor is also wet. I happened to get room F. Or are the facilities of the upper and lower rooms different? Even though I booked a deluxe room. Next time, for those who have booked from the app, please make sure you get the right room. Because we have also planned and entrusted our comfort to this hotel, so that's my only suggestion.

The staff were friendly and communicative, and the facilities were clean. However, the property could benefit from some maintenance, particularly the bathroom door, which fell and injured my lip during my stay.

The staff is not friendly, checking out is made complicated, it doesn't match the picture on Traveloka or the hotel, the bathroom is very dirty, and the atmosphere is very noisy, people walking on the stairs can be heard very clearly.

One of the cheap Home Stays with a pool that has a concept like in Bali and the room is super comfortable. Although the location is in an alley. But if you want a staycation or me time, I highly recommend this home stay. Must try π₯°

Pelayanan OK, staff ramah. Hanya saja sangat disayangkan utk kebersihan springbednya harus menjadi perhatian pihak hotel karena saya gatel2 hingga bentol2 sampai minta pindah kamar di jam 2 dini hari akibat kutu kasur yg ternyata bersarang di springbed dikamar yg saya tempati, di lt. 1 kamar G kalo tdk salah. Sangat mengganggu tidur krn gatel luar biasa π£ saya gapaham knp bs kasurnya kok bisa ada tungau/kutu kasurnya π£bersyukur staff yg berjaga cukup bertanggung jawab dan kebetulan masih ada kamar kosong jd saya dipindahkan ke kamar lain, masih di lt. 1 (yg mana ada jg kutunya 1-2 di springbednya jd saya tebasin dulu sprei & selimutnya supaya bisa dipakai tidur.) Itu saja kekurangannya, mohon menjadi bahan evaluasi pihak hotel utk memberikan kenyamanan serta kebersihan bagi para tamu yg menginap. Terima kasih.

Very very bad management and rules, I've been here for 5 days and every each day there is kids playing at swimming pool at morning 7/8 am, the pool located exactly in front of every room and the room is not tight, the noise easily come in. The kids screaming like crazy and this hotel let that happen. They sugest to change the room but the rules itself make this hotel really really bad they let kids in, don't be interested with the swimming pool because most people come here to try that and it will be a lot of noises, The wifi also very hard to reach while I'm in H room (corner). Will never come back for sure. And if you are type of person who seek for calm and me time, never ever come to this place.
