The second time I came here after several years ago and this time I was very dissatisfied and disappointed, I should have stayed 3 nights, but only 1 night was not comfortable, because my transportation problems lasted up to 2 nights. Front office is very unfriendly (with long hair). First, I checked this, I was given a room with a moldy bathroom roof, I asked to move, then I was given a room that was spotted with stains and messy pillows, I asked to move again because I saw such conditions at a time when we had to really keep clean. then the security guard came up beside me and made sure that the room was clean and had just been replaced and according to the security guard "indeed the officers like to be untidy so tidy it up, while the sprey has just been replaced but is dirty because of guest stains that can't be lost" (hmmm .. . why that's the answer) without apologies etc., finally I moved rooms again, in the third room it was quite comfortable, but the next day it wasn't cleaned, I returned to the phone. Front Office, and instead he seemed to blame, because I didn't ask to be cleaned, so they didn't clean it on the grounds that they were afraid of disturbing privaci, if that's the rule that we ask for cleaning, the hotel should have informed me when I checked in about this because it was in the room there was no writing hanging on the door handle or the clerk knocking to offer cleaning, in the end the hotel did bring in the gentlemen (he said he wanted to clean, because the cleaning staff had come home) but without bringing anything until I finally asked to change towels and mineral water, the point is ... 1. if there are better rooms, why are you given the worst room first (even though there is only one type / price of the same room) 2. why are there no apologies for the lack of service but always seem to blame guests. 3. Respect all guests (be more friendly and polite). Previously the employees were all friendly and polite.
