close to the city center, nice view from the room window. the only minus is that the elevator is crowded because it is part of the same apartment. but other than that it is okay...

The hotel staff is friendly, but it's a bit uncomfortable when the elevator is too crowded. Hopefully in the future the elevators for hotel and apartment guests will be separated.

I made a special request for a single bed, when I checked in I was told that there were only twins, with the reason that before booking I had already booked a single. And they said that the special request from Traveloka was not entered into the hotel. When asked how many standard single beds there were, they said there were 19 rooms, then we asked again who had booked it and what the notes were. The receptionist was able to mention about 12 rooms before my date and the special request notes were entered from the trip application. Asked to combine beds and sheets, the hotel refused (told the guest to move them). Finally asked to move to a superior room and added 100 thousand. Even though the price on Traveloka added 100, it already included a superior room and breakfast. The other room said it was a non-smoking room, when I entered it smelled of cigarette smoke, I finally asked to change rooms. The walls were already moldy in the corners and the bathroom was also yellow. With this price, I prefer to change hotels next time. Thank you.

The staff and security were not very friendly, what was worse was that when I asked for the car key, they said they didn't know. (at dawn-(at dawn the car key was asked for because there was a car that was going out)

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is near UB and the access is very good in my opinion. The position is on the top floor so it is comfortable to rest even though the soundproofing is a little less tight. For breakfast, hopefully there will be many improvements in the future and hopefully in the future if indeed small children are not charged for staying, they will not be charged for breakfast because in other hotels before, every time I stayed, small children were not charged. Staying here for 3 days was very enjoyable for me. The location is strategic, very close to places to eat, cafes, and fresh vegetables around Jalan Suhat or Soekarno Hatta. In front of the hotel there is a Kmart + minimart. Minus the elevator is a bit slow. Breakfast can see the beautiful UB building. Recommended if you go to Malang

For your information, in this 1 (one) building, the Hotel and Apartment have different management. Hotel rooms are only on Floors 7, 11 (Standard, Superior) and on the 18th floor (Deluxe), Meeting room on the 19th floor, also Breakfast facilities at the Resto on the 11th floor. 24-hour hotel reception in the Lobby on the 7th floor, all doors are accessed using a special card, and hotel guests have free parking during their stay. If during your stay there is something lacking related to the condition of the room, facilities and others, you can directly contact the receptionist by calling extension 0 from the room.
