The room is nice. The facilities are complete for a room costing only IDR 125,000 per night: warm shower, soap, towel, mineral water. Moreover the receptionist and staff are all nice. However there is one problem. It is very noisy in the room. The room is located at the frontmost, it is right in front of receptionist and very close to door and road. So, at night it is very noisy with the people talking and vehicles passing through.

The floor looks like it's rarely mopped, entering the room smells of cigarettes. The sheets and blankets haven't been changed & have lots of stains, in the toilet there are still traces of other people's shampoo & bar soap. The room balcony is dirty, the room walls need rejuvenation.

For the umpteenth time I stayed at Hotel Family Ayu, always satisfied with the service of its friendly staff. Cleanliness, neatness of the room is always well maintained. Hot water in the bathroom is also great. Anyway, satisfied, if you stay at this hotel.

I have stayed at Family Ayu Hotel many times, always impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are always fragrant, clean and tidy. Every time I visit Garut City, Family Ayu Hotel is always my first choice of place to stay. Thank you.

Strategic location but noisy from passing motor vehicles, because I got a room on the side, the window faces the highway, the middle nako glass is open and cannot be closed tightly so the noise from passing vehicles is loud. The floor is clean but there is a slippery oily spot near the TV. The bathroom with hot water is okay. There must be cigarette smoke in the room, there are people smoking outside in front of the room, so the air also enters.

The advantage of this accommodation is its location in the city, and not far from legendary places such as Khoe Pek Goan Bakery and Kupat Tahu Gunung Lumbung. To the Garut square about 1 km, still accessible on foot. In addition, the price is also quite affordable, and the room we occupied was fairly spacious, so it was quite free to pray and store things. The facilities are comparable to the price, the important thing is comfortable to live in. If there is a drawback, the car park can only accommodate 3 cars, the rest are parked on the side which sometimes will block those parked in front of the hotel. It is necessary to record who parks blocking other cars, because if you want to get out it will be easy to contact, if another car wants to get out. In general, staying here is very pleasant for those who like to stay near culinary places. Great already...
