Ordered a non-smoking room, but when I checked in it turned out that it wasn't available so I got a smoking room (suffering from the cigarette smell that wouldn't go away), smelly bath towels, difficult parking, food was quite good.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff during check in. But there is a little thing I don't like when checking out I was asked to give a rating on Google, the receptionist asked me to fill it in myself on my cellphone, then after being allowed, it turned out to be a scam, I thought they were only giving a rating using my 1 personal account, but it turned out they used 2 other email accounts that were linked on my cellphone, even though it was my work account and my sister's account that had logged in on my cellphone that was not logged out. So it made me annoyed, then I deleted them.. I was afraid people would see the rating using my sister's account because she was still in school, it would be weird to give a hotel rating! I realized it when I had already left the hotel. I was a little disappointed that the receptionist could be like that for the sake of rating, opening other people's accounts after being allowed...

Room: the room is nice, the AC works optimally, the TV broadcasts are OK. There is a kettle, water heater + coffee and tea. Dispenser in front of the room. WC with shower (hot and cold). Service: 1. Friendly, polite and cheerful, especially the waiter (male) in the restaurant is very friendly, he makes us happy. 2. It's just that there are female waiters and female chefs/assistant chefs who are NGK friendly, their faces look really tired and a bit grumpy. I think they need more training. 3. The security guard on shift 2 when my husband wanted to borrow an umbrella, he wasn't allowed even though he just wanted to go to the front to buy something, there were 3 more umbrellas there. Then he was very unfriendly, his face was grumpy. It was like he was discriminating against guests. I think he needs training too. Location: the location is very strategic. Everywhere is close 👍. So far, I've stayed 5 nights and I'm satisfied. The food at the restaurant for breakfast is varied and delicious. 👍

The hotel is located in the center of Banjarmasin, not far from Duta Mall, walking distance. Friendly service, quite varied and delicious breakfast menu. It's just that the parking lot is not too spacious. Next to Banjarmasin, will spend the night here again.
