staying during the Eid holiday at the fave hotel was quite comfortable, access to the hotel was quite easy, around the hotel there were food and coffee shops which made it easy for us to find food, the staff were friendly and the rooms were quite clean

Stayed here for a business trip for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations! The room and bathroom are super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They could improve the breakfast menu, but no complaints whatsoever considering the price - and the bubur ayam is delicious! The most valued thing is the location, which is in the heart of Jakarta CBD and a quiet neighborhood. Very recommended!

Advice for booking this hotel, make sure the room again because when you get there, suddenly it says the booked room is empty if you want the desired type, upgrade again and pay again. For the restaurant food, for me personally, it is not suitable. Maybe the hotel itself needs to improve its service.

I have booked a room with a window that can have an outside view even though the view faces another building... but instead I was given a room without a window, only sunblasted glass.
For obese guests, it must be difficult to get into the room because the space is very narrow.
The staff is friendly and the parking space is quite spacious. Access to the toll road and to the city center is not that far.
