They have Google Nest mini that I can ask anything, about famous food, place, facilities, weather, traffic, etc around the hotel. It has answered almost accurately

The hotel staff is friendly. When checking in, the receptionist asked if we had booked a non-smoking room. The answer was yes, but when we entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. We went back downstairs and asked for a different room.

Sahur at 3.15 am. The side dishes were all gone. Terrible. There was only one hotel staff, poor thing, he was exhausted even though it was crowded at that time.

The location is close to Simpang Lima Gumul, about 500m, so walking is still okay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The breakfast is also varied, so just choose which one we like and the taste is also good.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Room using google assistant service and no more telephone available in room. Even sometimes the wifi connection interrupted but it is okay. The pool facility is for hotel guest only.
