check in and checkout were smooth, no deposit money needed. lots of resto and warung around, since it's near campus area. room is basic with kost-kosan furniture standard, don't really looks like a hotel I can say, but bed and pillow is comfy enough and they also have duvet covered blanket. down sides are: TV unit is very primitive, need an upgrade at least LCD TV. and AC is old and loud. conclusion: if you seek for 3 star hotel standard to enjoy the room you will disappointed. but if you just need a cheap and save place to sleep and spend most of the day outside, go for it.

AC was noisy and not cold, hotel is on the roadside, but windows and glass were thin, so very noisy, was not able to sleep

The room is very small and the AC is not cold, and the receptionist is not really nice. I do not recommend this GH

The room is clean. Bathroom is ok. Although the hot water a bit tricky to get. The air conditioner make some noises which is terrible when we tried to sleep at night.
