Thank you for the hotel facilities and comfort, for the spacious and clean rooms, drinking water available in the hallway (outside the room), swimming pool and restaurant facilities, clean and fast flowing water. For ps wifi must ask the receptionist, and there is a deposit of 100 thousand. Thank you

The room is great, it's clean, spacious, the only missing thing is the entertainment in the room (aka TV show). It would be perfect if you provide some tech stuff like HDMI cable or provide a more decent TV cable. The staff were also very friendly. Otherwise, 5 star!

The AC in the room cannot be adjusted. If it is turned on, it becomes very cold, if it is turned off, it becomes hot and stuffy. The glass on the outside window is very dirty and moldy. We found cockroaches running on the floor of the room, besides that there were dead cockroaches in the cupboard next to the refrigerator, it felt like we were sleeping with cockroaches🥹. The bathroom was covered in black crust that piled up next to the upper bathtub and on the floor and it seemed like it had never been scrubbed. The food was quite varied, but the taste was so-so, lacking in seasoning and we found big cockroaches running around the restaurant during breakfast which made us lose our appetite. Sad, this place used to be a favorite because the rooms were big, clean, and close to the mall. Hopefully in the future it can improve and be even better for the glory of the hotel
