I understood that this hotel has changed name from previous brand, however need touch up here and there prior back to full operational. My two rooms none of its has operated fridge, I fixed myself the entry key card holder, bathroom curtain and floor stained, glass window panel seems need to be clean from outside. Staff are very helpful and spacious 4stars hotelroom with carpet, breakfast was good. Overall valued for money and there are rooms for improvement. Cheers. ✌.

The pool water was really dirty, the breakfast was not good at all, the worst breakfast I ever had in a 4 stars hotel, the corridor carpet was not good, we took 2 rooms including the presidential suite and the presidential suite smelled really bad. Luckily. The staff were friendly,

Incidentally, because there was an event, the only choice was this hotel. My family and I had been to this hotel 3 times before, Sellyca Hotel, then changed to 5 Premiere Hotel, but unfortunately the quality had decreased. From the beginning, we had booked a non-smoking room. The hotel should have booked our room, but when we checked in, they said there were only smoking rooms left. In fact, my family and I were allergic to cigarette smoke and it was true that we had shortness of breath that night. But because there was no other choice, we had to sleep at this hotel, not only that. Our breakfast at 7 am, there were lots of cakes, bread and fruit that had run out and were not immediately topped up. And the final ending was that the swimming pool was very dirty, covered in green moss and lots of trash and cigarette ash. In fact, it wasn't like this before. The problem with the room, which was old and had crust in the bathroom, had been there for a long time and we could still tolerate it, but if this is really bad, please make improvements immediately if you still want to serve hotel guests. For the good of all of us.
