This hotel’s is really helpful because it’s easy for me to get back the airport and one more thing here s a facility for the airport to hotel and it’s free. and for the Hotel nice, big room and clean. Friendly staff, I'll definitely come back here if I go to Jakarta. recommended to stay here.

The room is awesome, private Jacuzzi and spacious bedroom. Free shuttle to the airport through their express route. its only takes like 15mins to reach the airport. For breakfast they have many options and the cafe have a very nice ambience

Clean room, breakfast is awesome, convenient shuttle bus takes you to the airport. Nice play to stay if you have early flight, very close to the airport. Very satisfied!

Great place to stay. The location is about 2-3km from Soekarno Hatta airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The family room is quite big and comfortable. We love the food as well. There are some spot for photo. There is a shuttle car to/from airport. Thank you FM7 resort.

Hotel near the airport, there is a shuttle bus. It doesn't matter that it is far from the mall/restaurant outside because I can still eat at the hotel restaurant with a spicy and sour Thai menu and Indonesian specialties. My husband can also tolerate the taste of the food.

The hotel staff did not respect the customers, they moved the lobby chairs and tables to be closer to other chairs, the staff reprimanded them, saying that the tables and chairs were not allowed to be moved, the service was very bad, they should have been moved and returned to their place after the customer left the lobby, instead of reprimanding the customer on the grounds that they were not allowed to move the lobby tables or chairs.

Just for a briefing, they reprimanded me, saying that if they wanted to have a meeting, they had to rent a room, even though they only gathered in the lobby waiting room for 2 hours, they really didn't respect the customers who were staying, they were only afraid of being reprimanded by their superiors by implementing a hotel SOP that was not wise towards customers.

The staff are like robots, they are not able to understand customers, they are afraid of making mistakes and being reprimanded by their superiors, they are not even allowed to move tables in the lobby waiting room, and customers are reprimanded, on the grounds that their superiors do not allow it.

Staying here is worth your money. Spacious room, clean, excellent 24 hour airport shuttle service, I stayed here many times during transit. Restaurant opens 4 am to cater morning flight passangers who are in transit.
