The room is awesome, private Jacuzzi and spacious bedroom. Free shuttle to the airport through their express route. its only takes like 15mins to reach the airport. For breakfast they have many options and the cafe have a very nice ambience

The location is very close to the airport, about 10-15 minutes, there is also a shuttle bus to the airport which departs once an hour,
The room is quite spacious, I happened to book for my family so I booked 2 rooms (1 room for my parents) and another room for me and my sister so we were given adjacent rooms and I just read that this hotel can request connecting rooms even though hihi,
Because I took the room with breakfast, the breakfast menu provided was quite varied with a buffet system and delicious, it was true that the fried rice had run out and had not been refilled but there were many other alternative food menus such as liwet rice, there was also chicken porridge etc.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, it is also safe if we order a meal package or goods that must be mailed
Basically, God willing, if later there is a need to stay near the airport again, this will be the destination I stayed with my family
keep the quality up, if possible improve it again,
hopefully we all stay healthy

Recently I really wanted to give a review. The swimming pool facilities are very satisfying, complete with hot and cold pools. The only drawback is that there is no one for children. Overall, I am very satisfied. No need to bother looking for a mall, I am satisfied at the hotel.

The toilet was clogged (not fast response) a team came and still couldn't, instead of immediately changing to another bathroom (because at that time I had to go) it was complicated, the female staff was impolite and rude, didn't provide a solution. The room was leaking. The floor was slippery. Luckily we were only there for 6 hours because we were only in transit 🥺🥺

Love it! The staff are super friendly and nice. The room was spacious and so clean. Breakfast food was delicious but it was crowed and bit of chaos maybe is because it was 1st day of the year. Will definitely' comeback. One night experince was not enough.

will come back here again if in Jakarta, the hotel with the durian jungle cafe is the best, when else can you eat durian in the hotel area. there is a playground on Sundays, suitable for children, there are animals too, at the same time you can educate and take selfies. recommended for hotels near the airport.

The first time I arrived, I was greeted by very helpful hotel staff, the check-in process was fast, Free Welcome Drink of iced rambutan basil/guava juice, the room was very spacious, the bed was great, there was a refrigerator, a small safe, a hairdryer, a water heater, the room and bathroom were very clean. There was an ice water pool, warm water, normal water. There was a Steam Sauna, Hot Sauna. There was also a gym, karaoke, salon, bar, cafe, rooftop, kids activity, oh so complete. Close to the airport but no sound of planes passing over the hotel or any sounds from outside (soundproof, comfortable for sleeping, very relaxing). Next time I will come here again. friendly hotel staff, check in/out process takes about 5-10 minutes, clean swimming pool and there are cold and warm water pools, only tire rental is quite expensive, there are many lobbies and in every corner of the lobby there are unique decorations, on New Year's Eve there is an event (pay per person 150 thousand), breakfast menu is not much (too many desserts) for the taste is just ordinary. overall it's still okay

The hotel is very strategic near the airport, it is highly recommended, I think I fell in love with this hotel, my husband also felt comfortable here, from several hotels that we have stayed at, maybe on another occasion we will choose to stay here when we want to travel abroad, or even when we return from a trip.
