Finally for almost 1,5 year stay at home we choose to stay to celebrate my birthday. It was a pleasant stay. A delicious surprise cake from the hotel and my family. The room is very spacious, clean, and not to mention the food was awesome. Service could not asked for more, already perfect!

Stayed during pandemic 4 period so the pool & restaurants were closed. But still happy because our room got upgraded. Staffs were awesome, helpful & remember us by name. Room was fantastic. Everything's perfect.

My stay was extremely comfortable and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel so clean and applied strict health protocol during this covid19 pandemic. We will definetely come back again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Have been staying in this Hotel since 2021 for my honeymoon, too bad at that time was covid and didnt get the chance to enjoy and utilize its facilities
I tried the in house restaurant (palm court), the gym, the spa, the salon, the pool and in house dining
It was a great remarkable experiences and love to be back again one day!!

First time staycation at this hotel, nothing disappoints. Everything is comfortable, the staff are all friendly and the spring bed is just right, very soft.. well the only minus is the toilet doesn't have a shower

Check out and check in times took quite a long time, and the check out staff were disturbing. They asked me about drinking in the room, even though I didn't. Feeling accused made me feel unhappy being in this hotel, until it was proven that the staff was wrong, not us.

the best staycation experience I've ever had. the staff are all friendly. at 7:30 p.m. I asked the staff where the kids area was, it turned out it was closed at 6 p.m., but instead I was given a coloring book and a doll, the little one was automatically happy. then the welcome drink at the pool was given directly without being asked. when I wanted to check out my child pooped until he ran out of diapers, coincidentally the minimarket was closed on weekends, the staff gave him free ones. the best, hopefully it can be maintained and even developed again, thank four seasons, thank you app for being given the opportunity to stay at fs at the best price 😊

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, all the staff are friendly, the best facilities according to the price. The swimming pool is comfortable, clean, cool and the water is warm, we were given drinking water and yogurt every time we swam. The fitness center is okay, the gym equipment is the best (techno gym), the family is very satisfied staying here.
