the room was stuffy when we first entered
the staff was not very responsive, we asked for the room to be cleaned when we left, but until the evening when we returned to the hotel the room was still dirty
so before we rested we had time to clean it first before the staff came

Actually the hotel is quite complete, child-friendly, strategic location, around the hotel there are many foods, minimarts, etc.
Disadvantages:
the room is dirty, there is no door chain slot, the trash can is only in the toilet and is dirty, there is no refill of drinking water for 2 days, the restaurant closes before operating hours (we were advised to gofood by/receptionist), parking is in the land next to the hotel, room service for a 2-day stay --> the room is not cleaned without a do not disturb card, using a deposit for a hotel card key guarantee, changing rooms in the pool area are mixed with men and women, the price is also expensive because it is high season.

Detailed photos of dirty windows, broken door slots, broken bed lamps, broken kettle lids, dirty trash cans, stained bedcovers have all been deleted on my cellphone when I filled out this Traveloka review, but I have uploaded them on Google reviews when I checked out.

I booked 4 deluxe type rooms for a large family (1 in my husband's name). The advantages of this hotel are: the next morning our car was wiped clean, the food had a little variety but tasted good, that's all, the rest is just so-so, the same as a 3-star hotel in the region, here the deluxe type rooms are also small & there's no refrigerator, the wifi is also really slow.

stayed overnight for Eid homecoming. the room was quite comfortable. unfortunately in my room there was no Qibla sign for prayer and a mat in front of the bathroom. otherwise ok. thank you fresh hotel. have booked here twice for homecoming.

The staff is friendly, but the facilities have a lot to improve. The room door is broken, the sink and toilet are crusty, the spray and blanket still have many stains, the reading lamp looks like it's about to come off, and so on. Overall it's okay.

When I first entered the room, the floor was dirty, dusty, and my feet turned black. The AC was not cold enough, but using an air cooler had no effect because the AC was small, but the room was big. There were few and bad TV channels, only local TV. There was no hot water when taking a shower. The wifi signal in the room was bad. The room was a suite but the facilities were like a guesthouse. Hopefully it will be better.

There are still many things that need to be fixed.. check the room, the sink is clogged, the shower water is stagnant and doesn't flow straight away, the jetspray is that strong? Poor kids if they use it

Strategic location, decent service, comfort and cleanliness are okay. It's just that when you enter the room it smells, there is no air freshener. My suggestion is to use an air freshener in the future so that it doesn't feel stuffy because of the strange smell.

It is better to check each room one by one, find and fix what is broken and what cannot be used. Example: the lamp on the bed is broken and does not work, the soap dish is broken. It's trivial, but it's not good if left alone.
