The staff is amazing, leftover bags are secured without any missing items. Even if there is a cat, it is immediately chased away. The security is the best. The breakfast is quite good, children aged 8-10 years are charged 40 thousand per person. Asked to make an anniversary and was given a bed decoration. Next time I will come here again if there is a promo. I want a middle room.

Thank you for the service. Always stay here when going to Karawang with family. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are all friendly. No one is rude. The room is clean, quiet, the water is smooth, complete amenities, clean sheets, clean and odorless water, the AC is very cold, don't ask about the food, there are many, varied, not stingy, quickly refilled, satisfied anyway. The swimming pool is clean, and the staff are alert. Top security, helpful security, and all the staff are friendly and smile a lot so that it makes the heart not hesitate to ask or ask for help. For this price, it is very affordable. Overall the best. Please maintain it. Because this alone is very satisfying. Continued success Akshaya Hotel.

The check-in process was not complicated, the room smelled good when I entered, I really liked it, it was comfortable because it was far from the noise, it was really suitable for healing because I stayed overnight with the intention of just staying on vacation while taking my children to play, my children were really happy especially when swimming, it was very beautiful because there were lots of trees, I really liked it, the hotel has a beautiful nuance, the characteristic of Akshaya is a beautiful hotel in my opinion, it should be maintained, if possible, pay more attention to the backyard, even though it's really nice, like a garden, it's just a bit less well-maintained because it's at the back, if it was taken care of better, it would be even cooler, adding value to the hotel, I think I'll stay here again sometime but bring my parents so it'll be more lively hehe

Just found out there is a hotel near Bintang Alam, stayed here rented 3 comfortable rooms but one room smelled really bad of cigarettes but was responded to quickly. The pool is a bit dirty because there are leftover leaves near the tree but it's still okay. Breakfast is also delicious. I want to come back again if I go to Karawang again

The AC when I got the first room was hot, even though the view was very fitting. Finally, we were moved rooms, the AC was quite a bit cooler but not too cold. Our family couldn't sleep well. The condition of the mattress was also uncomfortable, it seemed like the spring bed was not good enough. The service and service were okay, the staff were friendly. Hopefully, the AC and the condition of the mattress can be improved.
