Second time staying here. The location is quite close to two big malls, Central Park and Taman Anggrek and within walking distance. I just suggest if you don't bring a vehicle, it's better to use an online taxi because the route to both malls is not good for pedestrians. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so it's better to buy your own food or order from the hotel restaurant. But from my previous stay, the hotel breakfast is quite good. The lobby staff is friendly, the room is clean, although the room is small but very comfortable.

The hotel staff, especially the front office, were not very friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and had a bad experience. First, when I first checked in, I asked for two access keys, but they were not given by the manager with the excuse that the system had been changed, even though I had stayed here before, I could do it with an additional deposit. This made it difficult for us to go up and down. Then, when I extended the room the next day, I was given another access key with another FO. It was really funny for the first manager. He didn't understand the SOP. Then another bad experience was because the mineral water refill system in this hotel was not working and when the gallon was empty, I wanted to fill it up. I called downstairs to let him know. After 40 minutes, it hadn't been replaced until I went downstairs and asked how long it would take to replace the gallon. Because if it took a long time, I just wanted to buy mineral water and the answer from the guy was very unprofessional, "how would I know, that's the business of another staff and I already told you earlier" it was so funny.. then finally when checking out, my deposit was deducted by 50 thousand with the reason that the doormat was dirty from coffee spills, it's only natural that the doormat was dirty hahaha.. besides there was no prior notification.. okay so hopefully I won't stay here again hehe
