For those who bring children, maybe you can make sure again about the facilities, because what I booked was really just for sleeping, no wifi/digital TV, no gas/thermos, even the TV remote for volume doesn't work and prepare a deposit of 200

Inadequate facilities. Dirty cooking utensils and plates. Stove won't turn on. No dispenser. Staff is not friendly, no wifi. Bathroom and living room are not clean. No amenities. I don't think I want to come here again.

not bad for a temporary stay, the room is quite clean, hot water works well, no WiFi, only 1 towel, no toiletries (better bring your own), yesterday I requested the top floor but got the 1st floor, oh well, maybe it's because it's high season too.. no offense

The pool & gym are okay. More suitable for a 1/4 hour stopover, the parking fee is quite expensive if it's full 20 hours 80 thousand. An, get a room for 250 thousand excluding VAT + add parking, is it better to just stay at a hotel, hehe

After staying at this place too many times, this is probably the WORST! - No water heater for food and drinks! - The bathroom and main living room lights are off! - A 200 thousand deposit that I feel is not necessary! Really disappointed and discouraged from coming to this place again through the Smart Room agent!

The staff is really bad, rude, rude, Haseum doesn't have basic manners, they don't even accompany you, they just give you a key, they automatically look for your own room, okay, it's good, it's clean, it's pretty good, but there's no dispenser, only a gallon? Do you have to use a straw to drink it? Please increase the friendliness again if the cleanliness is good enough

I don't know why the photo of the room in the application is very different from the actual one (the reason is that the unit I ordered was already booked by someone) if my room has already been booked by someone, why is it still on the market or why didn't you confirm it with me earlier, in the info after checking in , 2. Slow response, asked to fix the TV & just asked for the WiFi password until checking out, no response at all.
