Towels must be requested, on WA they said they would be delivered in the morning but when I WA them again they didn't reply at all. There was a staff member passing by and I asked for them and they gave me the towel, but it was no longer fit for use. It doesn't matter, there's nothing else but this towel, if there isn't one, I'm confused about what to do and it will be hampered. The TV + AC must be turned on first. The staff at the reception are friendly

There is no wifi, the bathroom smells of urine, and you even have to climb stairs carrying personal belongings. Very tiring.

Highly recommended, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, close to minimarkets and culinary, close to the commuter line station, the price far exceeds the standard expectations which usually have many complaints at that price, for Ghurfati Hotel everything is above the standard of a low price hotel, it's just that for those who stay and get a room on the upper floor, they have to exercise a little to go up to the upper floor because there is no elevator at Ghurfati Hotel, otherwise it's recommended

Highly not recommended, difficult access, parking is also difficult, staff are not solution-oriented and unfriendly, deposit must be in cash even though there is an EDC machine, staff said that if you transfer to an account, money cannot be returned. From the parking attendant to the receptionist, they were unfriendly, finally decided to cancel my stay.

It's hard because there's no elevator. When you get the 4th floor, you have to carry heavy stuff. There's no smoking area on each floor. Not recommended for smokers. 😂.
