The hotel staff is very friendly, and the place is clean and cool.

Nice and comfortable, only there are mice in my room.

Friendly hotel staff, clean environment, direct view of the lake, clean bathroom, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, just ask for additional toilet equipment, especially toothbrushes and toothpaste, because not all guests definitely bring these important toilet equipment. Because we are used to staying overnight, it is always provided by the hotel or villa. Thanks.

The atmosphere was cool in the morning, it started to get a little hot in the room during the day, maybe because the roof of the room was made of tin or something similar, but it was cool again at night. Cleanliness is always maintained. We always see staff going around collecting rubbish. The staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist. (young woman). The buffet is delicious. Note: The water heater must be upgraded. Because if the public bathroom is full, there is no water heater. Meanwhile, the water for bathing is very cold, morning, afternoon or evening. The first impression was disturbed because it was noisy (there was a group that brought speakers and karaoke) but thankfully it was until 10 pm because there were rules. Overall good experience with family.

The place is comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, only the room needs heating, the atmosphere is very cold. Very Satisfying 👍🙏

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is fast response, maybe if you stay overnight it's okay, but we stayed 2 nights hoping to stay comfortable instead it made it uncomfortable even though in the end it didn't happen. But please improve the service, don't just move rooms when we are comfortable and have spent the night in that room. The system is wrong if on day 1 the customer is in room A then on the second day they are moved to room B. If they have been booked for 2 nights then put us in the room where those 2 nights are available. Moreover, we had booked well in advance. Not a DP but paid off straight away. Maybe this will be our first and last experience staying here. And the choice of bed sheets and blankets is not suitable for cold weather. Because the fabric was cold, the second night we bought a blanket so we could sleep warmly.

Vip 2 is great, direct view of the lake. The weather is very cool. There is hot water so no worries about being cold.
