The toilet ceiling needs to be repaired because it is broken, the TV needs to be repaired because it won't turn on, towels are not provided, the sink doesn't work, the room is dusty, the administrative staff is not thorough because I stayed for 2 nights but it was written as 1 night but the AC was very functional.

Please give the officer a warning, because when he wanted to check out the waste of drinks and drinks had already been put in his place, when he wanted to check out he wanted to deduct 50% of the deposit, the reason the officer was was because he left the rubbish even though it had been made in plastic so it wouldn't get dirty, and put it away. into the trash, obviously I was angry at that time, and wanted to return it, please take action against the officer like that, it's detrimental to other guests who don't know, in other hotels it's not like that, how many times have I put the trash in the place, the deposit has never been deducted, that's an individual looking for more profit and harming other guests, so please follow up on that.
