Have stayed here several times. The room is clean even though the sheets look a bit dull, the bathroom is also clean and the hot water is always safe. And the added value is that there is a refrigerator in each room so it is good for those who stay for a long time.

The hotel is strategic, not too far from ITS, but when we got to the room, the bed sheets were a bit dirty, but the housekeeper quickly changed them to new ones, for the cheap price, but the facilities are quite good, there is a lift and hot water, air conditioning, TV and a small refrigerator.

Dirty mattress. Lots of spots, not washed properly, still smells. The bathroom smells too. Wifi is available but can't be used at all. In terms of cleanliness, O*O or something like that would be better. The price is also not that cheap for the quality you get.

for the family room, the bathroom door has a fairly large gap so it's quite muddy to come out and there are no hangers for clothes in the bathroom. The shower is also broken so the water is not comfortable and there is no door handle on the toilet

It turns out that the hotel for "young people" is not suitable for families, even though the location is very strategic near Unair. The room facilities are also not good, the AC is hot (when I turned on the fan option on the AC, it made a tek2 sound), the room smells stuffy, the sheets are very dirty with hot stains, and there are holes in the pillowcases.

The hotel room has never been maintained, it looks like an old hotel, when we arrived there was an unpleasant smell, lots of dead ants (*after being sprayed but not cleaned), the room lights are very dim, the only thing that can be reviewed well is that the AC works, and the water heater for bathing is okay
