The hotel location is in the Grage Mall area, it is very pleasant. The service is very good and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast menu is quite varied. The swimming pool is also large and the water is clear and clean, there is only 1 entrance for safety in the swimming pool. The deepest pool in this hotel is 180 cm. There is only 1 staircase in the pool area, unfortunately the position of the stairs is not around the row of chairs but across from it which is a row of plant pots. The row of pots is quite obstructive to access up and down the stairs. My suggestion, it would be very good if there were stairs there on the edge of the pool where there are rows of chairs for more safety. Overall this hotel is highly recommended :)

1. Toilet paper is not refilled and when asked for it takes a long time to be given (2.5 hours)
2. The position of the toilet is too close to the wall so it is very uncomfortable (For room 1318)
3. The room is not soundproof, because the position is in the corner, the flashing of the toilet from the left and right rooms is very disturbing

First experience staying in Grage Hotel and it was great! The location is πππππ, they're in the same area as Grage Mall. This hotel is in the center of the Cirebon city. You can go anywhere you want with just one step away!πββοΈββ‘οΈπββοΈββ‘οΈ. Foods are not really varies but we're quite satisfied, all taste wellπ They also provide traditional menu like jamu, empal gentong, nasi jamblang etc. They open the breakfast setup till 10.30. And before 10, you can enjoy breakfast right from the side of the pool. Hospitality: All the staffs are nice & kindπ€΅ββοΈπ€΅ββοΈπ. Pools are biggπ This hotel has 3 pools: 1 for adults and 2 for kids (with warm water, I guess? Or is it just the weather?π€·ββοΈ). Not many gym equipment, they only have dumbbells, treadmill, and static bike. But that's enough for us. 1 thing to improve: when checked in, I had my bedroom floor still wet (prolly because the last guest was check-outed late). Hope it get better next day! Oh also, I wonder if they had playground / kid activity kind of stuff, then it will be perfecttπ«. Conclusion: will come back for sure! Thank you for having us!π
