This hotel is awesome, all the staff are friendly. I stay here with my family. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean too. For the swimming pool it will be better if it has a pool for children, water level below 70 cm for example. The food tastes really good, love it. Thanks

I've been staying to this hotel for the 4th time and the level of service in this hotel is just excellent. From the reception to the concierge, and that breakfast! Boy, it was good! Found the perfect place to stay in Jogja, close to airport too so I won't be too nervous with the time.

friendly and very polite hotel staff The hotel location is connected to Plaza Ambarukmo so you can go straight to the mall The breakfast menu has a lot of variations and is all delicious, then the swimming pool area is also equipped with a jacuzzi Recommended for spending the night with family, it's just that when I ordered 3 rooms, I got rooms with locations that were a bit far apart, even though I ordered for 1 family, maybe next time we can follow up so we can get adjacent rooms if we order for the same family, thank you

The hotel staff this time was very annoying. I have been in Grand Ambarukmo many times until it became Gramm Hotel, this time to confirm check out or extend the hotel staff came to the room and the doorbell 3 times very quickly. I was just taking a shower and the clock was still showing 10:15 am. Usually if you confirm by phone the room wants to extend or check out. Please improve the human resources of Gramm Hotel so think twice if you want to stay at Gramm Hotel. I also understand that there are several domestic and international hotels that also confirm by room, but dozens of times I have been in Gramm, this time I felt very disturbed.

Alhamdulillah, I am very impressed with this hotel. As soon as I entered, it immediately felt cool and very clean. The hotel room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast menu was very delicious and nothing failed🥰. Awesome👍 There is also sky bridge access that goes directly to the Ambarukmo Plaza mall. or as soon as you exit the hotel, various angkringan foods are waiting.
