first time staying here, the room is quite comfortable even though the walls are a bit dull & traces of air conditioning are visible. there is a TV, hot water shower. the toilet is quite clean, only the water is not enough because sometimes the dirt appears, worrying when ablution & shampooing. thank you for the service

Ordered a beauty room but was given a standard room, the bathroom had maggots. The receptionist's excuse was because the customer ordered at 1 pm and when the room was checked at 2 pm the AC couldn't be turned on. Very disappointed.

In the room there was still dirt/trash on the floor that had not been swept/thrown away. In the bathroom in the area under the shower the floor was slippery because it had not been cleaned/scrubbed.

the rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom looks like it has never been brushed, let alone the closet. The walls are moldy and there are cobwebs. It is best to wash the sheets and blankets because they smell like things that have been kept in storage or a cupboard for a long time.

Booking kamar hotel nya hanya untuk transit sebelum penerbangan paling pagi ke Surabaya. Check in aman lancar terkendali, bahkan saya ditawarkan untuk pilih kamar di lantai dasar atau lantai 2, saya pilih lantai dasar aja. Tp jujurly Agak kaget sih dengan kamar hotelnya, saya sudah request kamar non-smoking tp dikasih kamar smoking dengan sisa aroma rokok yang masih kenceng banget (kayaknya ada tamu yang baru check out dari kamar itu). Bisa jadi petugas front office nggak membaca request saya di app. Jendela kamar juga nggak bisa dibuka, kayaknya mentok dengan dinding bangunan sebelah. Lalu di kloset ada puntung rokok yang walaupun di flush tetap nggak hilang dari kloset. Syukurnya tidur saya cukup nyenyak malam itu.
