It's the first time I came to Pekanbaru and stayed at Grand Hawaii Hotel. It has excellent service, good rate, good room, good breakfast and one important things is a good location. I recommending this hotel to stay a while at Pekanbaru. I think if I come again to Pekanbaru, I will stay again at Grand Hawaii Hotel.

The hotel location was good near the mall and market and it's easy for me to find my way around and not mentioning convenient for me to find good place to eat, the staff was friendly and helpful
