All the staff are always smiling and friendly, they are also very helpful. The hotel is very clean and fragrant on every floor (I went to the ground floor, the 3rd floor Gym, and my room was on the 6th floor).
Breakfast has many variations from local Javanese, porridge, pastries, cut fruits, salad, egg corner, juice, infused water, herbal drinks and I like fried tempeh and bakwan the most because they are served warm (live cooking) my suggestion because my 3x breakfast is always the same, try interspersing it with stuffed tofu/martabak.
Gym facilities are quite adequate, because not many guests use this facility I don't queue to use it.
Although there was an incident (the door battery ran out) the front office and technicians responded quickly enough to replace it.
My suggestion, for the shower in the bathroom please replace/add a detachable shower, it is difficult to bathe children in the room if the shower is not flexible.
Thank you Grand Keisha, my vacation was very enjoyable there.

The room is spacious, hot water works well. The AC is cold. But there are small insects in the room. Very close to Pakuwon Mall. Right next door is a Togamas bookstore.

This is my umpteenth staycation at Grand Keisha. Everything is the best, starting from the staff service, rooms, restaurants are really good. All areas are fragrant and clean, clean rooms, well-maintained furniture, clean bathrooms with hot and cold water running very smoothly. The restaurant menu has many variations and everything is delicious. The point is this hotel invites us to come back someday. The best.

grand keisha location in gejayan area and environment close to many culinary
Lobby is nice and quite big.
Receptionist is friendly and communicative
Parking area in front is small and can park in basement or back parking lot.
Bedroom is big, comfortable and clean with modern interior
Bathroom is functioning well and clean
Breakfast is less varied and should be better because it is 4 star class
Hopefully it can be input and better in the future..

Although not near Malioboro, the location is strategic, many restaurants and street vendors. Close to the quite famous Bakpia Kenes. Parking is assisted by friendly valet service officers from the hotel, as well as other hotel staff. Delicious food with quite a lot of variety.

Masyaa Allah the hotel is clean, fragrant, the rooms are big, the food is delicious and there are many variations.
Because it was the high season for Eid holidays, the hotel was full and when having breakfast we had to queue to get a seat. Alhamdulillah we were very satisfied,, request via traveloka for a connecting door and it was filled by the hotel
