The hotel staff is friendly, I ordered a deluxe room non-smoking double bed with 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children) with breakfast, at the beginning I was told that children would have to pay extra for breakfast (maybe the staff didn't look carefully if we ordered 4 people) after reconfirming the staff agreed So there are no additional costs FYI if you only order a room for 2 guests but bring children, there will be an additional charge at the restaurant during breakfast Our room was on the 3rd floor (one floor with the restaurant and reception) However, when I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell like wet sheets/wet carpet? The Daikin brand AC took a long time to cool down, the smell disappeared after the AC cooled down and the floor doesn't use SPC (different from the photo, and it seems different from the previous upper floor, I stayed here and got a full SPC so my feet weren't cold) For breakfast, the menu is very varied and extensive, very satisfied You can also swim for children, there is a swimming pool near the restaurant

never changed always get the best experience and always happy when staying here. since 2015 always stay here when going to bjb. whatever the event always stay here... from the name of the hotel is still Grand Dafam until now changed to Grand Qin. thank you for the service

The room is clean and the hotel smells good… the staff is friendly, the food is also delicious. Access to the city is also close. If you want to hang out, just go downstairs because the access is directly to the mall 👍

The parking facilities are chaotic and unorganized, cars have difficulty getting out because the access that should be for getting in and out is also used for parking cars. So cars can't get out so it takes up to 30 minutes to move the cars that are blocking... The room also smells bad, the towels smell musty... please fix it,.... We are guests from Jakarta who happened to come to your house for Eid. It's a shame that the hotel is so magnificent but the facilities are not well maintained... Thanks... Always be successful...

The hotel staff is friendly, the lobby area is spacious with a Medina vibe, the rooms are provided with mukenah, prayer mats and the Qur'an. Every call to prayer is also broadcasted from the speakers in each room. Food 8.8/10. The downside is that the swimming pool area is very small (suitable for children only) and parking access is difficult (located in the mall area) but the hotel security still helps.
