+1. Strategic location (near Alfamart, near Samota Bridge, near Car Freeday. 2. Hotel staff service is good, friendly and full of smiles. 3. Rooms for UK superior are quite good and clean (but there was 1 cockroach that entered the room, maybe from the gap in the room door) 4. The bathroom is clean, although the door and some of the rooms use transparent + blurred glass, maybe some people will be uncomfortable 5. The cafe and bar are quite complete and their service is friendly (breakfast can be delivered to the room).

Poor breakfast. So he has to choose breakfast, there is a menu package. The bathroom uses transparent glass. So if you share a room with other people it is very uncomfortable.

Very good hotel, best service from check in to check out from all staff. Adjust the price. Please keep it up to all. Never disappointed staying at this hotel. Only one minus from this hotel and advice is also from me (I have experienced several times staying at this hotel) I beg for the tap water to have a slightly unpleasant smell / smell (hopefully it can be a concern).

Dengan harga 500 ribuan tolong dong breakfastnya dibanyakin. Setiap hotel harusnya ada water heater susah juga buat kopi atau pop mie di malam hari. Staff sih ramah semua. Banyak staff ya.

One of the hotel recommendations in Sumbawa is great. It hasn't been around for too long, so the hotel is still nice and clean. For room facilities there are: - AC (not cold) - TV. - wifi. - bed cover. - water heater. - coffee maker. - mineral water. - cupboard. For hotel facilities, there is a restaurant and meeting room. All the hotel staff are friendly and all the food and drinks are really good. If you go to Sumbawa, you can stay here again.

The overall staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and areas outside the rooms are clean. The drawback is that when we stay for days, towels and pillowcases and sheets are not replaced even though we have asked the staff to be replaced but still not replaced.

Brand new hotel, clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Close to the airport, city, there is live music and good coffee and beautiful lateart. I ordered seafood capcay according to the menu, but what came out was chicken capcay so make sure what you order for the next. But thats fine. The staff is smiling and thanks to Jodi, who was very very helpful during his stay there. There is a 15% discount voucher for a very interesting restaurant.

Overall good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food and coffee was good. There is a 15% diacount for Foods and Beverages. The GM is friendly, the staff is very smiling. Special for Jodi Tamrin, thank you for helping a lot during your stay there. The hotel is really recommended. Will stay there for next vacation.
