Checked-in and checked-iut staff, Ms. Maria is so helpful and friendly. Hospitality from the staff is excellent. Only the flow of water tap is very weak. The hotel is under renovation. Hopefully, it'll be improved soon. Foods are average. There is no elevator from the car park.

Room is quite clean. Glass partition at shower got stain all over. Bedsheet quite clean but got some stains. Breakfast is OK. The light inside the room is quite dim and thus it feels uncomfortable. Overall if just for a transit hotel it is OK.

The food taste and selection were terrible, dining room atmosphere was bad. Reception team was good. The access from the car park to hotel lobby was the main issue especially when it rains.
