Checked-in and checked-iut staff, Ms. Maria is so helpful and friendly. Hospitality from the staff is excellent. Only the flow of water tap is very weak. The hotel is under renovation. Hopefully, it'll be improved soon. Foods are average. There is no elevator from the car park.

Suitable for families, basement parking is safe, there is a cinepolis which can be an alternative entertainment, clean swimming pool, friendly for children

The staff is very nice. I chose the wrong date to check in but was helped until I could stay. This is a recommended hotel in Siantar. If I go to Siantar, I will definitely stay here again.
