a pleasant holiday experience. last year I had trouble with hot water for bathing in the same hotel, this year there are improvements, so after doing activities outside, you can immediately take a hot shower before resting at night. wifi is not very accessible. sometimes it cuts out. it's ok. hopefully in the future this hotel will continue to develop. thank you

I think it's generally good, it's just that the road to get to the room is too steep and narrow, the trees in front of the room aren't tidied up, it looks wild, it really doesn't support the disabled.

The area in the room is quite comfortable, but there is something that needs to be cleaned, namely in the bathroom there are cobwebs. And when it comes out there is something less pleasing to look at. Dirty yard, used drinking glasses that may have been in front of the room for several days, garden poorly maintained.

The first day of staying, the bedroom and bathroom were not very clean, especially the AC was not very cold. On the second day, we asked for it to be cleaned and the result was cleaner than the first day when we checked in. It was suggested that the room be given air freshener because the room smelled really bad and the toilet water also smelled.

So for your next visit you can book a VIP Type room which is closest to the Lobby. Regarding guests in the next room who are a bit noisy, actually at that time you can contact the receptionist directly so that we can help reprimand the guests in the next room to stop being so noisy that they disturb other guests. Every time I go to Purwodadi, I make sure to stay here. But unfortunately, this time I was a bit disappointed. Because every time I want to take a shower, the hot water almost doesn't work. Even taking a shower in the morning is a hassle, because it turns off every 3 minutes. 😮 💨 especially if I want to take a shower at night. After coming home from traveling, we usually take a shower before going to bed. Oh, it really died. It doesn't work at all. Hopefully it will be better in the future. Please fix what's broken immediately. So if we staycation in PWD, we will still use the same hotel. Thank you.
