I didn't expect to find a boarding house specifically for girls that is as comfortable and strategic as this. Close to Ama Pocin station and UI campus. What I really like is the room and the area which is full of snacks. So it's not a hassle looking for food. Everywhere is close, the mall is also very close, just walk. The boarding house is really nice. Aesthetic room design, there is air conditioning, cupboard, study table, hangers, clothesline, kitchen, just bring your clothes. The toilet is also aesthetic. Admin fast response. There is a guard.

The place is nice, the service is good, the hostess is friendly and informative. The location is close to the station and DMall. Easy to find. You can also get a welcome gift in the form of a mug when you come here. 24 hour hot water. There is a laundry and pharmacy nearby, also close to Alfamart. Can be used as a boarding house or just for daily rental. Great experience ✨🌻

Very comfortable, the room is clean including the sheets and pillows. The facilities are also up to standard, WiFi, AC, water heater, 24 hour guard, now there is a laundry with Warmindo also on the ground floor. It's pretty close to the KRL station (if you walk it's about 20 minutes, by motorbike it's 5 minutes), the market, Alfamart, D-Mall, lots of people selling food too. Around 8-9 in the morning there are also mlijo (mobile vegetable sellers) around the front of the boarding house.
Plus the owner & security are friendly and always on standby. If, for example, there is a report of a problem, the boarding house will immediately handle it. The downside is that yesterday I chose a room in a new building near the train tracks, so it was a bit noisy but it's not a problem for heavy sleepers like me, hehe
