This hotel offers a great escape for those looking for a peaceful retreat. The mountain location provides refreshing atmosphere with breathtaking views, and the natural hot spring pool is a fantastic highlight. The staff were also very friendly and always ready to help. However, I was a bit disappointed that the children’s pool wasn’t warm. I suggest management consider making the children’s pool warm as well. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the view is nice, the room is comfortable, the dinner at the restaurant is delicious, but the breakfast is just so so. Overall it's okay and I want to come back again.

The balcony is only 40 cm wide. Yes, 40 cm wide. So if you want to smoke, you only need to stand. Is this a construction error? Was the plan really for the balcony to only be 40 cm wide?

It's a bit regretful that for that price the facilities are not optimal. The AC is not cold, I've complained but it's still not cold. The swimming pool is not functioning optimally. It's only half filled with water. The children want to swim.

We arrived on Friday afternoon. The swimming pool was covered in moss, but it was cleaned on Saturday morning. The room was actually quite comfortable, but because it was close to the highway it was noisy… the air freshener was very disturbing because it was very noisy at night. Many of the furniture were damaged, needed repair. The food was delicious, very affordable and the price was friendly…

Resort yang sangat baik. Kamar luas dan bersih, suasana resort nyaman, kolam air hangat luas, kolam anak2 luas dilengkapi banyak perosotan. Utk kamar prefer kamar no A11 sd A17, dapat view bagus dari teras belakangnya. Pelayanan ramah, respon cepat saat ada komplainan. Makanan di restorannya enak2, dengan harga reasonable.
