Hanoman Hotel Kota Batu

It was great! I have no regret at all to stay at hanoman. I was so satisfied with the "fast response" service, the breakfast, the ambience, last but not least the beautiful design of the rooms. It's worth the price. The room was clean, bright, comfy and completed with amenities. It looks like the room has mixed the style between modern and simple interior. Super love. Will definitely come back here.

Hanoman hotel is a nice place to stay, this is perfect for couples and families. Nice ambience but it's what you paid for basically. The check in experience is quite long, you need to take rapid test before get into the room and wait for 20 minutes. Even after the late check in we still need to wait 20 minutes + 5 minutes because the room isn't ready yet. it will be nice if they informed us in advance to take rapid test. But don't worry if the result is negative, it's for free. One of the disappointment is the breakfast they don't provide breakfast anymore during covid but you can order it for in room breakfast and pay for it. I think they can just provide free in room breakfast instead for the price we paid. the food is so so.. the room is clean but the hot water doesn't work well during the day. it can't fill up the bath tub all the way so it kinda disappointed because the weather is so cold but we get very little hot water. this is kind of place that you only want to stay once just to know how it is. But yes, this is a beautiful place.
