I spend 4 nights here, and this hotel is the first when I am thinking of Makassar airport, its less than 20 minutes from Makassar airport. the room is comfy, staff is very friendly and nice, good breakfast.

I feeling comfort spent a night in this wonderful and nice hotel. Their staff all are very great in hospitality, greet all people with smile. The check in process also faster. The room was comfort, to finish some works.

The cleaning service staff are amazing, super duper clean the room and bathroom. The towels are new! Clean! The swimming pool is clean! Only there were no towels available when we were swimming (at 6.15 am, the female officer on duty when asked said there were some under the stairs but none were available, so we climbed up wet). Anyway, the cleaning department deserves appreciation because they do their job very well. What needs training is the officers at the ticket counter who go out at night. Behaving rudely to guests, frowning and clicking their tongues in annoyance just because the tickets were not given together.

If I have a destination to Makassar, I always stay at HARPER Hotel. Besides being a regular, I like the hotel more like the privacy and service starting from Security, Lobby, rooms, restaurants, all are friendly. I also recommend to friends, family and relations. Thank you.
