It was awesome stacation in harper purwakarta, staff her name rava or reva I'm forgot the lady she help us very well till we are check out and she gave us best room view 517, room service and house keeping stafs that was amazing and for food are very nice. Thank you very much harper purwakarta see you for next staycation we hope will back again here hotel.

Overall the staycation with family was going good. But I think the Hotel Management shall be more determine on Smoking and Non Smoking area. The smoke fog in swimming pool area is the only thing I dislike, indeed I brought 2 kids there. Your breakfast menu was superb. We love it. You have excellent staff. They served us very well. Thank you.

Have stayed here many times, the rooms are always okay, unfortunately the breakfast menu is not extensive, the taste is bland, the price is not worth it, it's really expensive, it's like a 5 star hotel, even a 10 year old child is priced at 150 thousand, please improve the Harper management

They say it's 5 stars but the food is not very varied so those who bring small children don't recommend the heavy food menu that can be served to children. Moreover, when I ordered fried noodles, it took a long time, I waited for 30 minutes just for fried noodles 😓.
