Service was great. Helpful and hardworking staffs. Pak Beny gave us special cake for our stay. Delicious breakfast, especially their fried rice. It's our second stay at Harris Satelit and they're still impressive.

This is my first vacation at the hotel during a pandemic, I was curious and skeptical at first glance, but when I arrived I was surprised the hotel staff greet me warmly, the check-in process was so quick, the property is clean, well maintained, neat and hygiene, the hotel served a variety of foods, the best part is the hotel has a kids playground nearby the restaurant, for parents not to worry you could enjoy your meals while watching your children. I would recommend this hotel for family events, weddings, engagements, and the suite room which I stayed for 2 days gives me and my family an unforgettable experience.

Harris Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Surabaya. Location and price are perfect, the bedroom is very clean. Try to order food for in-room dining, we ordered fried rice, noodle rice and spaghetti carbonara and the taste is delicious with an affordable price. Good luck!

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The bathroom floor is slippery but you can ask the staff to put a rubber mat. The breakfast is not to my taste, maybe the menu variety and taste can be improved. Overall, satisfied staying there. The price is also worth it for a room that big

The hotel staff are all friendly, the service is very satisfying, the room is also comfortable and clean, it is very suitable for staying overnight with family, the closet and bathroom are separated into 2 comfortable, clean and very suitable, the mattress is soft and comfortable for resting and sleeping soundly, the facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, especially for children, it must be very happy, the breakfast has many choices of complete menus and the taste is ok, all are great, really satisfied, next time I go to Surabaya again, I think I have to stay overnight at the Harris Hotel, Bundaran Satelit again 🥰🙏

The check-in process was long, I stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, the room amenities such as slippers were not provided, during breakfast on the 2nd day, there was no information, suddenly the breakfast was cleaned up, everything that was on the buffet even though it was still 9.50 & before that the last breakfast period was until 10.30. I wanted to ask for an extra bed but it turned out that it was not provided at the hotel, so my rest was not comfortable
